Appointment Bookings
Bookings for all mobile testing services must be submitted and paid at least 24 hours in advance.
Last Minute Bookings
Bookings that are made less than 24 hours in advance are considered LAST MINUTE BOOKING and will be subject to a surcharge of $38.00 (per test).
Payment
Pre-Payment is required for all mobile testing services. An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to you upon processing of your booking. We only accept online credit card payment (Visa, Master, AMEX, Union Pay). Please note that booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
*Note that our testing team will not collect payment onsite for any mobile testing services rendered.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed ONLY if requested more than 24 hours before scheduled booking time and is subject to an admin fee of $38.00 (per test). To reschedule your appointment, please contact our MTS team via email: mts@thetestingpro.com
Cancellation Policy
We strongly discourage cancellation. A cancellation fee (per test) will be charged
(on the fees pre-paid) as follows:

| Between 24 - 12 hours before scheduled booking | 50% |
| Less than 12 hours before scheduled booking | 100% |
| No Show / Cancellation on site | 100% |

Testing Area/Zone & Requirements
The area where the test is to be conducted (Testing Zone) should be well- ventilated (as much as possible) and does not obstruct common walkways or corridors.
All personnel in the household must be wearing at least surgical masks when our, testing team enters the premises and when the test procedure is underway.
All other personnel (except for the one to be tested) should not be in or within proximity of the Testing Zone.
If swab testing is to be done within the premises of a hotel, the test should be conducted discreetly at the doorway of the hotel room.
Our testing team reserve the full rights to refuse carrying out the test procedure(s) if the premise or the Testing Zone is deemed to be unsuitable and does not adhere to the Infection Protection Control (IPC) protocols of mobile testing as set out by the Ministry of Health Singapore.
