Mobile Testing Service Important Information

  1. Please note that appointment booking must be made at least one (1) working day in advance
  2. Please note that our STANDARD operation hours to conduct Mobile Testing Service is from Monday to Sunday, 9.30am to 5.30pm. Our AFTER HOURS operations are from Monday to Sunday, 6.00pm to 9.00pm.
  3. We are able to conduct Mobile Testing Service only within the compounds of private residences, offices with rooms or private areas and hotel rooms or function rooms. We do not conduct any Mobile Testing Service at public areas such as void decks, carparks, hotel lobbies, public walkways, etc. 
  4. Rescheduling of your confirmed booking appointment is allowed only if we receive the request more than (1) working day before your confirmed booking appointment (subjected to availability). For example, if your confirmed booking appointment is on 31 August (Wednesday), the latest you need to contact us will be on 29 August (Monday) before 6pm should you need to reschedule. 
  5. There will be a surcharge of $38 for the following: –  
    • Long-haul locations such as Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Sentosa and Tuas.
    • Last minute appointment booking that is made is less than one (1) working day in advance. Last minute bookings are subjected to availability and booking arrangements.
    • Mobile Testing Service to be conducted on Sundays and Public Holidays. 
    • Mobile Testing Service to be conducted during after hours operation hours, which is from 6pm to 9pm.
    • For example, should you book an appointment for Mobile Testing Service to be conducted at Sentosa at 9pm on a Public Holiday, then the total surcharges imposed will be as follows: –
      • $38 (long-haul location) + $38 (Public Holiday) + $38 (after hours) = $114
  6. We highly discourage cancellation. Cancellation fees imposed will be as follows:
    • 20% of total booking fees paid for cancellation more than 24 hours;
    • 50% of total booking fees paid for cancellation between 12 to 24 hours; and 
    • 100% of total booking fees paid for cancellation less than 12 hours and for no-show and cancellation on-site. 
  7. Should you require a Notarised Digital Health Certificate which includes the EU DCC compatible QR Code, please notify us at least 12 hours before your Mobile Testing Service confirmed appointment.
